I have spent many years working in project management, event planning, and client relations for Sales & Marketing departments and Non-Profit organizations. Through the coordination of schools, trainings, and in-house events, as well as larger conventions, galas, fundraisers, and incentive trips, I learned to balance the ever-changing demands of a fast-paced workplace. Having been on the other side in the past as a client of Rausch Productions, I have a good sense of the desires and needs as a customer, which positions me to have an even stronger commitment to creating the final product our clients expect from us.
