I am the President & Founder of Rausch Productions, Inc. I began my career at Kirkwood Community College in 1988 where I was a video production technician and eventually an instructor. I started freelancing in 1992 while working full-time for a production company. I came from a family of entrepreneurs and decided to follow in my dad?s footsteps, so in 1998 I began to freelance full-time and called my company Rausch Productions. In 2000 my company became incorporated. The business has grown substantially over the last 10 years. I have worked on many productions thru the years from live television productions, corporate videos, many large awards shows and corporate meetings. Now with six full-time employees and an arsenal of contactors Rausch Productions provides a high level of production services to meet and exceed your expectations by making your project come to life.
What do you like most about your job?
I like to make the impossible possible, I enjoy the challenge of making peoples visions come to life. I like the variety that our projects bring to the table it keeps things interesting and never the same. I also like to be around people, our clients, our staff and contractors, they are all very talented and I like to stretch them so they can make the impossible possible.

I am married to my wife, Molly, and we have five beautiful children; Cameron, Caroline, Corryn, Chloe and Claire.
